Homeless Programs

The Homeless Program supports individuals and families experiencing homelessness by providing decent housing, supportive living environments, and coordinated services to facilitate long-term stability, self-sufficiency and community reintegration.

Recognizing that homelessness stems from complex and interconnected challenges—including economic hardship, mental health struggles, substance abuse, domestic violence, and lack of affordable housing—this program takes a holistic, person-centered approach to breaking the cycle of homelessness. Through partnerships with local housing authorities, social service agencies, and healthcare providers, the program offers not just shelter, but comprehensive wraparound services including case management, job training and placement assistance, financial literacy education, mental health counseling, and connections to community resources.

Participants receive individualized support plans tailored to their unique circumstances and goals, empowering them to overcome barriers and build sustainable pathways out of homelessness. By addressing both immediate needs and underlying root causes, the program helps individuals and families restore their dignity, rebuild their lives, and successfully transition into permanent housing while developing the skills and support networks necessary for lasting independence and meaningful participation in their communities.
